When I host my herbal classes, I serve this as a refreshment. Many have asked me for the recipe, so I decided to package it so others can enjoy.
This mix contains three simple ingredients: lavender, hibiscus, and butterfly pea flower. The contents of the bag make enough mix for 2 gallons of lemonade.
You supply the lemonade base, whether you make your own fresh or use frozen. Make this as you would any tea, strain out the material, and substitute this tea for the water to make your lemonade. When first brewed, this tea is a beautiful blue, but when the citrus hits it, the mix turns purple, ready for you to enjoy!
