Our Restful Sleep Tea is extracted in grain alcohol to concentrate the effective ingredients. Our tinctures are bottled in 2 ounce glass bottles with dropper lids. Just one dropperful under the tongue is all you need.
This herbal blend contains grain alcohol, valerian root, passion flower, skullcap, lemon balm, oat straw, hops, chamomile, catnip, rhodiola root, cinnamon.
